I’ve spent most of my life in and around the executive search industry. When I was ten years old, my dad became one of the early search pioneers. My fascination with the practice of search started then, and continues today.

Almost any good CEO will tell you that achieving success is dependent upon attracting and retaining good people. It is also understood that strong talent is difficult to find, and even harder to recruit.

At Ray Partners, we understand the challenges of attracting the best. By knowing our customer well, we become very productive agents, extremely effective at recruiting the caliber of executive our client wants to attract to their company.

Ray Partners, a retained executive search firm, was formed in 2002 by experienced search professionals who were partners at Paul R. Ray & Company. Paul Ray was a pioneer in the executive search industry and grew that firm to be one of the largest in the world. From that foundation, Ray Partners was established, combining the best practices of a global firm with the personal touch of a boutique.
