I’ve spent most of my life in and around the executive search industry. When I was ten years old, my dad became one of the early search pioneers. My fascination with the practice of search started then, and continues today.
Almost any good CEO will tell you that achieving success is dependent upon attracting and retaining good people. It is also understood that strong talent is difficult to find, and even harder to recruit.

Ray Partners, a retained executive search firm, was formed in 2002 by experienced search professionals who were partners at Paul R. Ray & Company. Paul Ray was a pioneer in the executive search industry and grew that firm to be one of the largest in the world. From that foundation, Ray Partners was established, combining the best practices of a global firm with the personal touch of a boutique.
Our clients benefit from our multi-industry orientation drawing from more than 75 years of combined experience in retained search. Our commitment to provide a higher level of service to a smaller number of clients, focusing on finding the best talent available, has been well received.
