Breck Ray, President
Breck Ray has more than 25 years of experience
in the executive search industry. He was the lead partner in establishing
Ray Partners, Inc., an executive search firm headquartered in Fort
Worth, Texas. Ray Partners is focused on providing its clients with
executive talent that matches their strategic objectives.
Mr. Ray’s search work spans several industries including industrial
and consumer products, the aerospace and defense sector, and energy.
He also works with private equity companies in locating executives
to lead their portfolio companies. Most of Mr. Ray’s search work is
at the senior management level where he is actively seeking CEO’s,
CFO’s or top corporate officers in Human Resources, Sales, Marketing,
Operations, Engineering, Information Technology or Supply Chain management.
Prior to forming Ray Partners, Inc., Mr. Ray was the Managing Partner
of the Energy, Industrial & Consumer Practice for Ray & Berndtson,
a global executive search firm. He also served as a member of the
firm’s Board of Directors and chaired its Compensation Committee.
Before entering the search profession, Mr. Ray worked in sales for
Xerox Corporation and in commercial lending for Bank of America. He
is a business graduate of the University of Arkansas and serves on
the boards of Worth National Bank, The Southwest Exposition & Livestock
Show, and the Fort Worth Zoological Association.

Tim Bostick, Partner
Tim Bostick is a founding partner in Ray Partners,
Inc. He conducts senior level searches in the aerospace and defense
sectors, consumer, automotive, and industrial products, and energy
related industries. Mr. Bostick has also completed senior executive
assignments in other industry segments, including: process, private
equity, transportation, telecommunications, utilities, consumer products,
retail, high tech, and media. His experience ranges from placing chief
executive officers, presidents and chief operating officers to placing
senior functional leaders in finance, marketing, exploration and production,
human resources, information technology, operations, legal and corporate/business
development. This diversity of experience and industry knowledge provides
breadth to the intra-industry and cross-industry executive solutions
he provides to his clients.
Prior to forming Ray Partners, Inc., Mr. Bostick was a principal in
the Energy, Industrial & Consumer Practice of Ray & Berndtson
where he spent 10 years. Prior to that, he spent seven years with
Texas Commerce Bank (now JP Morgan Chase), where he was in the commercial
banking group providing credit, investment banking and depository
services to corporate clients in the Texas market.
Mr. Bostick earned his B.B.A. degree in finance from Texas Christian
University.

Mark Magruder, Partner
Mark Magruder is a founding partner in Ray
Partners, Inc. Since entering the search business, Mr. Magruder has
conducted executive searches for real estate, human resources, insurance,
technology, utilities, apparel, health care, aerospace, industrial
and energy related companies. Mr. Magruder entered search after a
seven-year career in the environmental consulting and engineering
field. His last position was office manager of an international environmental
engineering and consulting firm in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Magruder earned
his B.A. from Baylor University in 1992 and an M.S. from Baylor University
in 1994.
